What You Can Export
Package Export
A comprehensive ZIP file containing your financial data for a selected date range:
- General Ledger CSV — All invoice transactions with document numbers, dates, amounts, VAT details, and account assignments
- Customers/Vendors CSV — Unique customers referenced in the exported invoices
- Invoice PDFs — PDF copies of all non-draft invoices in the date range
Use this for:
- Providing data to your tax advisor or accountant
- Importing into Excel or accounting software
- Creating backups of your financial records
- Analyzing business performance over time
Quick Start
- Generate Export — Go to Exports and select your date range
- Download File — The ZIP is generated and stored; download to your computer
- Share with Accountant — Email the ZIP to your tax advisor or accountant
They can then import the CSV data into their software or Excel for further analysis.
